In Germany I competed in stadium jumping, dressage, and three day eventing. I have a silver medal and bronze medal that I got from competing in stadium jumping and dressage. While living in California I took some interior design classes and then went to a home staging school to be certified as a professional AHS&D home stager. I had a staging business in California and loved every minute of it. All the homes that I staged sold in 30 days. I staged a condo that was on the market for six months with hardly no showing the realtor called me and asked for me to staged the condo , I staged the condo and on the first weekend it sold. Now my husband and I moved to Apple Valley and I want to continue to stage houses in St George and Washington county. I believe in building a strong relationship with all my clients.

Vacant Staging: We provide the furniture and accessories.
Occupied Staging.: Occupied staging is where we come to
your home and will make recommendations on decluttering,
cleaning and organizing. We will use all your furniture that is
in your house and rearrange it and if necessary we will bring
in new furniture and accessories. We will make your home
presentable for every visitor touring your home.
Consultation: This is a walk and talk consultation. We will
walk with you through your home and evaluate your home and
indentify areas for improvement that will create greater value to
your home.
Vignette-Soft Staging: This is the budget friendly alternative to
home staging. This is suggested for lower priced listings. We will
bring in accessories, art and light furnishings for vacant homes.
